I had a scar revised eight months ago and while it did improve, I was still left with shallow atrophic scars. I have had six micro-needling sessions over the last six months. There has been minimal collagen production and the indentations are still there. My doctor tells me there will be continued improvement over the next 6-8 months. Is that true?
