Most effective treatment Crepiness and under eye wrinkles? (Photo)

Question

I am a 33 year old male, healthy, about 5'10 145 pounds. Medium-dry skin tone. Looking for a relatively cost effective treatment for fine lines and wrinkles under my eyes and crows feet (I get botox but it is temporary). I was suggested to get either co2 Fraxel/laster (I believe) which is pricier and more invasive but might be more longer term? or microneedling (prp? or regular?) with multiple treatments. My doc said my lines are mid. Any suggestions? Considering cost and longevity.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

At home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (MTS roller with anteage MD ampules) should be started now. There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles. A surgical option to remove skin and/or fat will such as lower eyelid blepharoplasty with or without fat pad repositioning will be the best long term. There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles without surgery. Non invasive less downtime options such as fillers (Belotero, Juvederm Volbella​), lasers (Moxi/Halo/Fraxel/CO2​), Renuvion (J-Plasma), microneedling/PRP, stem cells and microneedling RF like Fractora PiXel8 or Morpheus can all help give some improvement. Accutite can often be used or stronger lasers like erbium or co2 spot treatment can tighten the skin and give very quick improvement in wrinkles and texture. Hi! Thank you for your question regarding creepiness and under eye wrinkles and possible treatment options. I would recommend keeping up with Botox regularly, as it will prevent the wrinkles from getting deeper. Therefore, Botox is a great preventative option. For treatment of the wrinkles, I would suggest Morpheus 8. Morpheus 8 is a combination of microneedling and radiofrequency, that works to tighten and firm loose skin and helps diminish wrinkles. I would suggest 3 consecutive sessions, 4-6 weeks apart. Results are fairly long-lasting, and you may need maintenance treatments about once a year!
