Will a spray tan prior to Microneedling be an issue?

If Microneedling is performed 3-4 days after a professional spray tan, could this potentially cause any issues post treatment?Specifically, can the spray tan cause discoloration to the skin that could be permanent or semipermanent? Is a “tattooing” effect possible from the microneedling procedure pushing the spray tan into the dermis? Your help is so appreciated! I’m having trouble finding anyone who can answer this!
