35, male - Is is possible and safe to do a SECOND round of Buccal-Fat Removal?

I am 35 year-old male. I had buccal fat removal last year in October (2025). My doctor did tell me during consultation that the results would be subtle, and he would only take a conservative amount as if he took too much out, it would age poorly in the future, so already knew what to expect. My doctor removed 2.5cc's from each cheek which I am told is the typically-standard amount to remove. The surgery was alright; it did take a little longer as my doctor was spending more time on my left cheek as I believe he was having a hard time finding the buccal fat, but all in all it went well. I am very happy with the results, my doctor did an amazing job, as the procedure did make my face look leaner, and it did give me soft contours/shadows on my cheeks. However, I wish the contours/shadows of my cheeks were more dramatic more hollowed-out and chiselled like a young Johnny Depp. I am planning on going to South Korea next year in March(2027), to get some facial-bone contouring procedures done (cheekbone reduction + sliding genioplasty). I want to include buccal-fat removal to achieve the hollowed-out cheek look. But I would like to know; in my case, is it possible to remove more buccal-fat from my cheeks, (maybe like another 2.5cc's) ,, and most importantly; if it is safe to do?
