Dear experts, I am a female 1,57m and 53 kg I feel like my face has become quite voluminous over the years especially underneath tje cheek area What procedures would you recommend me to improve my currently very round face shape? There are 16 distinct fat compartments in the each side of the face, buccal fat is one of them. Even if you had successful reduction of buccal fat it is quite possible that other compartment have increased as a result of increased fat mass( residual buccal fat can be part of this.
