Admittedly, a bit difficult to determine from the photos provided, but there appear to be quite a few ice pick scars on both cheeks. If this is indeed so, then TCA CROSS, a relatively inexpensive technique that has a greater than two decades track record for safety and efficacy (in all skin types) for ice pick scars and dilated pores would be a very appropriate option. If necessary, following this, professionally performed manual or electric microneedling might be used should it be necessary to better blend with the surrounding normal skin any residual, superficial pigmentary or textural irregularities. The addition of RF has not been proven additionally useful by any truly hard science (despite the social media influencers and heavy device manufacturer marketing hype) to promote its use. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and be cautious about suggesting any particular treatments; you might just get what you ask for. Hope this helps, and best of luck.
