Is the hardness on my nose tip from septum cartilage or from a cap graft? (photo)

I had a rhinoplasty where surgeon used all my septum cartilage without my consent to graft my nose. I hate my tip now, it doesnt suit my face. But is this specific cartilage in the picture septum cartilage or cap graft? He used both, so I cant tell.

Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. The bump could be taken down to create a nice nasal dorsum from the side. The tip can also be made a little smaller. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.
