I had a BBL done years ago and I absolutely hate how unnatural I look! I really want to look as natural and normal as possible again. I would like the fat removed but I’m also scared about potentially having saggy skin after as it’s been many years since the procedure and I’m guessing my skin would have stretched. Could I achieve this? I’m also in the UK and I can’t seem to find many surgeons here who do BBL reversals?
Answer: BBL Reduction / Reversal I reviewed your photos and you definitely have the option to downsize your buttocks. This procedure is performed under local anesthesia with oral sedation. No general anesthesia needed. I spend a lot of time drawing out the buttocks and the specific areas that you desire reduced. Before we start the procedure, we go over the markings in the mirror. The procedures takes about 2 hours to complete. A compression garment is worn afterwards. Realistically, you can't have the exact buttock that you had before the fat transfer but you can have a significant downsizing and improvement of what you have now.

Answer: BBL results Dear Ziggypop, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: BBL revision Hello Ziggypop, so sorry you feel this way, to improve your buttock shape a BBL revision (with Liposuction) could be done, either you choose to reduce it or reshape.

Answer: Hate how unnatural I look, how do I remove my BBL from years ago? Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos, what I see is some grooving in the buttocks either from very superficial fat injections or you might have scar retractions. The buttocks seem to be too long and need to be sculpted and rounded superiorly. You have small amounts of saddlebag fat that needs to be removed and fat added to your hip dips, more visible from anterior view. An in person consultation/evaluation is a must to determine the quality of the skin, how much reshaping can be done safely without ending up with a poor result which will be hard to correct. Good luck.

Answer: Reversing BBL Dear Ziggypop, As pop cultural norms continue to evolve the BBL and a curvaceous booty seem to be falling somewhat out of favor. This is creating a new population of patients that now want their BBLs reversed. Not as easily done as said. We learned many years ago that liposuction of the buttocks can be very tricky and sometimes create a sagging diaper butt appearance. This is the reason for your difficulty finding many surgeons that perform BBL reversal. Fortunately, since those days, there have been many refinements in liposuction technologies and techniques, and surely there must be a few liposuction "experts" in the UK. Good luck!
