-What type of revision would I need to solve these issues? Had my first rhinoplasty 2 years ago. I believe I have pollybeak deformity because I asked for an upturned nose. -Did the surgeon remove too much cartilage which caused pollybeak deformity. Also my nostril show is much bigger than before from the side and front ‘socket like’ appearance. -Do I have inverted V deformity?
