Based on these photos, you did not have VASER Hi Def Lipo. If you wanted definition, the whole abdomen, waist and hips should've been done, possible 360 degrees for the best hourglass shape. It seems that you do have significant skin laxity and fat in the upper abdomen as well. The mole next to your belly button moved up by about 2-3 cm with pulling on the skin.
