Is this pocket of fat normal 5 years after tummy tuck thigh lift? (Photo)

Hi I had my tummy tuck in 2018 and it was good until i developed complications of wound infections i had 3 areas open wound do to complications wounds opening i have to this day a horrible scar and dent in my back and i had scar revision but the back came open a year later and created wound infection and just 2 years ago my doctor started me on jardiance for heart failure which i have and i developed cellulitis on my left side of my hip so i do have a history infections is this left side normal?
