Hi, and thank you for your question. This depends on two factors: how much filler your current provider is using to inject your lips, and what time type of hyaluronic acid they are using. There are many different viscosities, thickness, and flexibility to the fillers. It appears you have what is called tight lip tissue which requires an extremely soft and flexible product choice. It is also very important that you wait a minimum of 4-6 weeks after dissolving to refill to give the migrated tissue space time to heal.

It does appear that your fillers have migrated or were injected improperly.  You can have them dissolved with hyaluronidase.  Discuss your concerns with your injector to avoid this happening with future treatments.

Thank you for your question and including pictures.   Filler migration refers to filler moving from the area where it was injected to a different area.   Therefore there is no way for us to know if it has migrated or if this is where it was injected.
