Should I get lip fillers? Or a nose job? What do I need to enhance my look?

Look I understand that some people may think social media ruined the perception of beauty and I agree. But for a long time I haven’t been super confident in my looks and I always felt like I needed it change something up. I have a profile pic so I would kind appreciate any tips or advice ln if I should get lip filler or what do I need done that isnt super crazy but would enhance my look a bit. Also are my eyes too far apart? Thank you !

Without  standardized photos to look at, all we have is this view which doesn't show your complete face at rest since your hair is forward and your profile pic is also partially blocked. Can't see anything on the side. Based off of these pics alone, I don't see anything that is standing out that needs to be corrected. You look like a very typical beautiful younger person who doesn't have any one area that is bad or that needs to be enhanced.

Based on your picture, I see no reason for any intervention whatsoever.
There should be a really good reason before people contemplate having surgery and treatments of any kind that involve risk expense or discomfort for that matter.
I think what you need is reassurance and not treatments.
There are plenty of women who would swap looks at a heartbeat.
