Wondering what the best treatment is for the folds at the corners of my mouth. I would prefer to avoid fillers if possibe. I am 35 years old.

Answer: Marionette Lines Botox/neurotoxins can soften the marionette lines. All you need is about 2 units of botox on each side of the depressor anguli oris muscle. To further minimize the appearance of those lines, chemical peels or any resurfacing lasers, or micro-needling can help.
