It appears you have had some effect from the Botox but the area was a little undertreated. A touch up should improve your results. If you have the treatment done soon you should begin to notice improvement in 5-7 days with final results seen after 14 days.

Good morning and thank you for your question! It maybe that the botox was not enough to relax the mentalist muscle there. I would consider having the area filled with a filler as this will be a definitive way to fill in those areas of concern. I wish you luck with the rest of your journey.

It’s working you just need a few more units higher up on the one side as part of the right side muscle got partially paralyzed ( or left side depending if the the photo is reversed )

It is always best to see you face to face for a consult and examination however in this case it seems as though not all the mentalist muscle fibres have been treated - it's important the superficial and deep are treated to get a smooth result. The solution could be a small amount more toxin to settle this bulging down. I hope that helps answer your question. Hi becan81981. Your chin muscles seem pretty strong. 2-4 units of botox seems very little for muscles of that strength. Since Botox isn't approved for injection in that area, I can't go on record and recommend what to do, even though I have seen many practitioners inject many more units of Botox in that area.
