Liposuction to the jowls - is there anything I can do to improve this? (Photo)

Hi, I received lipo sculpture to help with my jowls after a mini face lift. I’m now left with dents in both sides of my face. Please can anyone advise if there’s anything I can do to improve this? My surgeon performed fat grafting 3 months ago with no improvement.
