I hate my weak chin/neck area and really want a strong and defined jawline. I feel like I have spare skin under my neck that prevents this but I’m not overweight, so I’m not sure what procedure would be the best option to tighten and sharpen up this area. Any advice is very welcome

You do have a very small amount of excess skin on your neck, this could be fixed by placing submental liposuction with an energy device. However, you chin is also set back slightly from your lip in these pictures, so it may be wise to consider a chin implant. Only an in person physical exam will be able to tell the best definitive treatment.

Yes, you have very strong facial features above, and lower third (chin area) is weaker. It is not terrible, but you notice it. An advancement genioplasty will help pull everything forward, give you a stronger chin and more of a neckline. Fat grafting the jawline and chin area will further refine the result.
