Lip lift procedure causing ingrown hair and cysts? (Photo)

I had a lip lift several months ago.Everything has gone very well except one issue. After a few months, the area underneath my nose, along the lip lift scar, is having problems. Everyday there are 2 large cyts yellow heads. I try to clean it everyday and red angry spots remain throughout the day. During the night they will fill with puss again and so it the cycle continues. I am wondering if this is ingrown hair in the lip lift scar area and what Can be done?

Great job on the DM control! There is no contraindication for a lip lift based on your A1C. Please seek out a board certified plastic surgeon who has experience with lip lifts. I generally perform them under local anesthesia in the office.

This incision / scar has widened a bit and is too low. You can have this revised right in the office. So, yes, I think that it is beneficial
