How to fix asymmetrical upper lip?
IMO your lower lip is too full and everted compared to the upper.
i would consider correcting both for a more balanced appearance

The second way to approach this would be to fill the dinner portion of the upper lip to match the thicker portion either with filler switches Jupiter, which is temporary or with fact overtime.

A lip implant placed under local would make a big improvement in making the upper lip look more symmetrical. cost is roughly $2500.
