Lip fat transfer to replace permalip? I had permalip implants many years ago, which I'd now like to replace because they're too hard. There are softer options such as UltraSoft, and Advanta, but I cannot find any surgeons in the UK that offer this - So I am considering a fat transfer and understand the fat becomes permanent if it finds blood supply, but my question is, if the fat is injected into the scar capsule, where the permalip has been, does the scar tissue prevent the fat from getting the blood supply?
