Any breast surgery can limit or interfere with breast feeding. I would suggest removing the implants, have all the children you want, and then consider having a lift if needed. Pregnancy and breast feeding can undo a lift.

Thanks for your question and the photos provided! If you are able to breast feed before your lift, you SHOULD be able to breast feed afterward as well. Make sure you consult with a board plastic surgeon to do your surgery. You may want to consider staging your procedures 1) breast implant removal and 2) breast lift. Good luck!

Hello @Leh91, thank you for your question. It is important to remember that everything depends on the expertise and technique of the specialist. I can tell you what I have seen in my practice is that after a year of explant with breast reconstruction, patients' mammaray tissue behaves normally, as it did before the explant.
