What is the best way to fix my nose/build bridge? (Photos)

I’m 48 years old and several years ago I had a rhinoplasty I am very unhappy with the outcome but pretty terrified to fix my nose. I think my nose needs to be made larger & I need by bridge built back up with nostril reduction. I keep wondering if it’s worth it to go through this again & the best place to go, I’m willing to travel. Please advise!

The consideration of whether to get a revision rhinoplasty involves a complex assessment of risk/reward, and proper photos would be very helpful. If you are considering building the bridge, a profile picture from each side would be crucial, and ¾ photos would also provide necessary information. To be a good revision surgeon means to first gather all information, so I would also suggest a virtual consultation as well so that your concerns can be discussed and properly addressed.

The best way to determine what specific changes will look good on your face, and what changes are surgically possible, is to do your research to find the top rhinoplasty specialists and consult with several of them in person. During your consultation, your photos can be computer-morphed to show how the changes to your nose will affect your appearance. A rhinoplasty specialist will have the experience to determine whether the morphed images are surgically attainable. Good luck! @drdonyoo

Hello Dear Glanda.Your nose need to be reconstructed by removing the costal cartilage.Your nasal wing also can be smaller.
