I had a revision rhinoplasty 9 months ago. I traveled overseas for the surgery. I immediately noticed a hard lump in my very upper philtrum area (like where my columella meets with my philtrum). The lump feels about the size of a marble and I can grab it & wiggle it around. My guess is that it is maybe a piece of rib cartilage he inserted? But since it is not fixed in place it feels very annoying. Can I have this removed? I’m afraid removing it would cause my nose tip to drop.
