I had a rhinoplasty and deviated septum fixed 4 years ago. I worry the left slide of my nose may have suffered a collapse. It is harder to breathe out of the left side and there is a slight bony bump that is visible from some angles (photos). It is also not as straight on that side. Could a revision help this? Or is it not worth it? My nose was severely broken prior so this is a big improvement still.
