1 year post revision rhino, 1 year post nasal trauma. What can be done to improve my nose appearance?

I banged my nose 3 weeks after my revision surgery. I’m now 1 year post revision rhino. After the trauma, the vertical lines that used to be present in lower third of nose disappeared. What can be done to improve my nose appearance and boost Self confidence this is hard for me to ignore

I’m sorry to read this. The best thing would be to go back to your original surgeon who has particular insight of your nasal anatomy and may be better able to ascertain what affects the trauma upon your nasal structure.  If you remain dissatisfied after discussing your concerns with your initial surgeon, it might be beneficial to seek a second opinion from another qualified and experienced plastic surgeon. They can provide an independent evaluation of your situation and offer alternative treatment options or recommendations.
