Had primary rhinoplasty but unfortunately I did not do enough research and on an already very thin nose had dorsal hump removal with lateral and medial osteotomies which has massively narrowed both my nose and airways. Just wondering the complications associated with having this reversed. Also how much extra width can be achieved with this procedure and if this also give a little bit of extra height back to the bridge too as the hump removal was far too aggressive.
