I had a septoplasty a year ago. (I was having trouble breathing and was in pain) I always liked my nose and shape, but after the septoplasty, my tip appearance has changed. It’s lifted, crooked, and my nostrils uneven. I like the shape of my “bridge” and overall shape. I just want the tip to be like how it was before without touching any of the “bone”. Is it possible?
