Lumps appeared on lips 3/4 years after lip filler, would dissolving work? (Photos)

I had lip fillers 4 years ago and 2 lumps have randomly appeared on my upper lip. I’m not sure if this was caused by the filler as it has been 4 years since I had it done and the lumps were not present before. Is there anyway it could be the filler? And would dissolving it work?
