Or can it take a few months to soften? How long can it take filler to integrate and soften? Is more that 6 weeks normal?

When it comes to the healing process after lip injections, the filler should be softer and integrated into the lip tissue 24 hours after initial injection. Thank yu for your question. Try massaging your filler to see if you can soften it. I would wait a few months unless it is terribly visible.

Hyaluronidase can soften and reduce filler. There is risk that too much can dissolve normal tissue
