Can I dissolve lip filler if I also have lip implants?

I have lip implants (Perma Lip) and Lip filler (Juvederm). I have a horrendous nodule on my top lip which has been sitting there for now 7 months. I hate my lips but fear dissolving them if it will negatively impact the implant. I would really appreciate any advice on how to proceed.
