Will PRF be worth it to fix my tear trough indentation? (Photo)

Question

I am a 32 year old female. I had about 6 years of Restylane and Restylane Lyft filler placed around my tear troughs as they were pretty hollow to begin with. I started to notice a lot of fluid retention under my eyes and decided to get a little bit dissolved. My injector used about 27 units of hyelenx under both eyes. I am now concerned about the indentation under my eyes and am wondering if multiple treatments of PRF will help this? Or would filler or surgery be needed to give the best result?

It's difficult to say without a physical examination, but it's possible that multiple treatments of PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) could improve the appearance of the indentation under your eyes. PRF is a natural way to stimulate collagen production and can help to plump up the skin. However, it may take several treatments to see significant improvement.

Filler could also be an option to address the indentation, but it's important to choose a highly skilled and experienced injector who can use the appropriate type and amount of filler to achieve the desired results. Surgery, such as a lower blepharoplasty or midface lift, may be another option if the indentation is severe.

It's recommended that you schedule a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist who has experience in treating tear troughs and can assess your specific situation to recommend the best course of treatment for you.

There are two problems  with your tear trough
1 lack of volume  --this is best treated with micro fat injections  
2 Pigmentation  --this is difficult to correct but PRP/PRF or nanno fat is helpful
Several treatments may be required

Nice posted tear trough deformity photos. You can try a few sessions of PRF injections to see if any improvement occures. Usually after either detailed in person examination or virtual consults with... options are HA fillers or fat grafting.
