If i dissolve Juvederm Voluma cheek filler after one week, will my face return to normal?

i’m only 18, impulsively got 1 syringe of filler in apples of cheeks and along cheek bones (0.5 each side). hate it. can it all be dissolved in one session and will I return to my natural face with no complications? it has been over a week, it was juvederm voluma
