Harvest site incision for face fat grafting?

Hi, I’m looking to get a facial fat graft (to fill out under eye and temple hollowness, and some to marrionette lines). I would prefer my fat to be taken from my belly rather than my thighs. would the incision be from the belly button in this case? Would my belly button shape be affected by the incision, and how much ml of fat can be extracted from this site? Thank you!

The incision for the belly button is hidden inside, and shouldn't be obvious nor should it affect its shape.  One incision alone may not be enough, however, because if you are thin the harvest from one site may cause a dent.

That can be harvested from any part of your body.
I suggest you discuss these things with your provider.
There are no inherent limitations in regards to how much or how little fat can be harvested. A lot depends on each individual.
Harvesting fat from the mid abdomen through a small incision inside the bellybutton is probably the most common. Period.
 Facial fat transfer is by its nature, unpredictable, imprecise, and potentially unforgiving if patients don’t like the outcome.
Marionette lines do not typically respond well to fat transfer, and the temples to not have sufficient host tissue for fat to survive well unless fat is grafted into the temporalis muscle.
Personally, I recommend patients stay with fillers because of the many advantages fillers offer.
Unlike fat, fillers tend to be precise, predictable and forgiving if patients don’t like the outcome.
Mastering facial fat transfer requires going through a long steep learning curve. The number of providers who have sufficient skill and experience to deliver consistent quality results is in a select small minority.
Maintaining consistent high. Patient satisfaction requires finding a sufficiently experienced provider and having a clear understanding of what this procedure can, and cannot accomplish. When reviewing before, and after pictures, recognize that early fat trans results can look very impressive, but do not in anyway represent long-term final outcomes.
When reviewing Results always confirmed the timeframe of when after pictures were taken.
In order for after pictures to be representative of long-term outcomes, they should be taken six months or longer from the date of the procedure.
