How can I improve the appearance of fullness in my cheeks? Steroid injection? (Photo)

How can I improve the appearance of the fullness of my cheeks ? I’ve had facial fat transfer to the under area and it appears overfilled, I’ve had no luck getting back in touch with the surgeon who did it, would steroids or fat dissolving help with this ? 18 months post op.
