I'm only 22 but people think I'm older I've always been naturally skinny and cannont gain weight, I've never had a lot of facial fat which makes my under eyes/ eyelids and cheeks sunken in. I'm considering a fat transfer as fillers never seem to last. Am I a good candidate? Is it the lack of fat in my face that makes me appear older? What else can I do to look more my age or more attractive? I've had a chin implant, lip fillers, tear trough filler and rhinoplasty

Hello P,
You have lost weight! Fat loss from weight loss is not irreversible, buccal fat should fill again as you regain your weight. I would recommend Sculptra injections. In the hands of an expert injecting physician, there is extremely low possibility of adverse events, I am not aware of...
Yes, fat can be injected into the neck to soften the contours. One session will improve it, but you may need a secondary procedure to get optimal results.
Yes, negative vectors are often treated with fat transfer +/- lower lid blepharoplasty. Can't tell from the photos whether or not your lower lids are fine, but I do not see any large bags (which is good).
