What can I do to fix my bendy penis? (Photo)

Male 29 non smoker not on any medication atm I’m really insecure about my bendy penis I wish it was straight. I have attached a picture of it. Please help

If your penis has a slight curve to the left or right when erect and isn’t painful, it is likely a normal anatomical anomaly and not a problem. In fact, most men’s penises curve slightly when erect. 
However, if your penis has a drastic curve that causes pain during an erection, you may have a condition called Peyronie’s disease. This happens when scar tissue builds up and causes your penis to curve. This can be up, down, left, or right depending on where your scar tissue is located. 
Most men with Peyronie’s disease are middle-aged or older. Having diabetes-related erectile dysfunction also puts you at a higher risk. 
There are treatments for Peyronie’s disease as well, so talk to your doctor if you are concerned about the curvature of your penis.

Thank you for the photo and the question.  A combination of fat transfer along with platelet rich plasma can improve this condition, which looks like Peyronie's.  It may require a few sessions, but the stem cells inside the fat and growth factors inside the platelet rich plasma can help remodel the penis and straighten it.

That may be Peyronie’s disease which can be diagnosed by. Urologist. It may be able to be fixed by a urologist with surgery or there are some new injections on the market available that they can also try.

I think you would benefit from an evaluation to confirm you have Peyronie's disease which is just some fibrous plaque that causes the bending.  It can cause discomfort with erections as well.  I like using low-intensity sound wave therapy to break up the plaque along with PRP injections.
