8 months post-op FUT for hairline lowering, when is the final density?

hello, I had FUT for hairline lowering on 29Apr23, it is almost 8 months after and the density is a bit too low. especially in few areas, will this improve? what can be done if not? can "small" FUE be done ie for 100 grafts without shaving a lot?

The best way to add fullness to a receded hairline in a woman would be with an FUT hair transplant procedure. Medications will largely help prevent further thinning and PRP will likely not cause enough growth to be a noticeable improvement (nor would LLLT or micro-needling be largely effective)....
