First of all, I had undergone my first hair transplant before with FUE around 2500 grafts in another country. I would like to share my experience with hair transplantation surgery at BHI Clinic in Bangkok. I was provided with clear instructions for the days following the surgery, as well as painkillers and even sleeping pills in case I needed them. The surgery package also included five professional hair washing and healing procedures, which I found extremely important for the first few days when the skin is very sensitive and requires professional care. I am sorry to hear what you are going through. However, this can still be fixed by removing the multiple-hair grafts along the hairline and transplantation single-hair grafts instead.
Absolutely yes! Hair transplant can reduce your forehead height 1-1.5 cm for sure. But I think you look very beautiful at the moment already.
I would recommend correcting serum ferritin and vitamin D level first in case you do not want to depend on minoxidil. These two supplements are very important for the hair growth. Please note that it takes at least 3-6 months after serum ferritin and serum vitamin D level become normalized in order to see better result.
In my practice, we always give the patient a bandana from the start. Please make sure that you don't tie it too tight and it will be fine.
