i am a 45 year old female who has been through a stressful time and i feel like it has aged me significantly. my skin tone looks very uneven with lots of broken blood vessels in my face. is a face lift with fat transfer the best way to address sagging lower face and also the volume loss. would adding a co2 laser help with the fine lines? please advise.

For over 25 years that we were doing fat grafting around the eyes and I did not see a single case of Tyndall effect since fat graft is not gelatinous and transparent like HA fillers. I hope this helps. Good luck.
