22(F)Assymetrical face - wonky jaw and chin. Long chin to lip ratio. Crooked nose. Thin downturned lips but Despise the look of fillers so not an option - want a lip lift but my philtrum is not long, yet when I pull up beneath my nose my lips are visible from above angle and looks good if pulled enough. Wide upper face and thin lower face. Larger head than my friends in photos. Would FFS be a good option to consider even tho I'm cis? Facial fat transfer? Finding difficult to find UK surgen

All of the facial reshaping procedures you have mentioned (rhinoplasty, vertical chin reduction, upper lip lift, cheekbone reduction, and jaw angle augmentation) can be done at the same time if so indicated.   The question is not whether they can be done but would any, some or all of them have the desired effect of facial shape improvement. The first step is to have computer imaging done to look at these potential effects of these facial procedures.

The human face and body are inherently asymmetrical on everyone.

The body is highly asymmetrical with most internal organs being in asymmetrical locations. In regards to facial asymmetry the human face forms as two independent separate halves that eventually fuse in the midline during embryological development.  each facial half develops independently and will inherently be different. Approximately 2% of the population have some thing that resembles a symmetrical face and true symmetry is never obtained.

The human brain sees truly symmetrical faces as looking strange and typically less attractive than normally asymmetrical faces. Great artists throughout history have incorporated natural asymmetry into classical works of art.

The asymmetry is primarily based on bone structure. Most people have very symmetrical soft tissue coverings over your facial skeleton.

Manipulating soft tissues to treat facial skeletal asymmetry typically only creates two asymmetries.

For this reason I do not recommend treating facial asymmetry unless it’s severe. Typically doing so just creates a new asymmetry issue.

If you want a proper assessment regarding your facial schedule structure consider having a consultation within craniofacial surgeon who typically come from oral surgery but can be plastic surgery background as well.

Alternatively you can consult with local board-certified plastic surgeons to have them give you an assessment and review all the basic facial cosmetic surgical procedures available to you.

Based on your post perhaps starting with a rhinoplasty is a good place.

There are plenty of plastic surgeons who believe that facial symmetry is some type of aesthetic ideal and strive for this but I am not one of them.  earlier in my career I also used to believe that symmetry it was something we should strive for but I’ve learned and come to realize that asymmetry is normal and appropriate and should be accepted as such.
