AccuTite vs liposuction for perioral mounds? (photos)

Question

Does accurate have the same fat removal power as something like microcannula liposuction of the perioral mounds? I can’t seem to find a local doctor willing to use liposuction on this area, and I’m wondering if AccuTite is powerful enough to remove these significant, isolated pockets of fat next to the mouth. Is there anything else that works well in this area?

Well, I think Accutite would be the safest way to approach this.  I would pair it with Morpheus radiofrequency microneedling to help tighten the skin after gently contouring these areas.  I routinely do small cannula liposuction in all areas I treat with Accutite to help remove the melted fat.  Best Wishes!!
