AccuTite vs liposuction for perioral mounds? (photos)

Does accurate have the same fat removal power as something like microcannula liposuction of the perioral mounds? I can’t seem to find a local doctor willing to use liposuction on this area, and I’m wondering if AccuTite is powerful enough to remove these significant, isolated pockets of fat next to the mouth. Is there anything else that works well in this area?

This needs an in-person evaluation. A combination of 5/FU steroids, lasers, microneedling/prp and radiofrequency can give improvement. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

I would definitely keep Morpheus and Accutite on the menu to start, but then add Restylane and Sculptra as fillers. Keep the Inmode treatments on the lower part of the face to reverse the aging changes and fill the upper part of the face to create a natural heart shaped face. Photofacial/IPL...

I agree! I think these small facial asymmetries should be mapped out carefully and the treated with Inmode Accutite and Morpheus to not only melt some fat, but also tighten the skin. Another less effective technique could be Kybella, but personally the Accutite in our hands has been awesome! ...

I think Accutite would help some and filler would help in conjunction. I really like Accutite on lower eyelids like yours but the the malar transition zones that I think represent more your fat compartments of the cheek that I think filler and possibly a cheek lift when you're older. Best Wishes!!

You need to sit down with someone to look at what areas seem to be drooping and then what areas appear a bit more like a valley. The valley areas can be treated with filler and facetite and Morpheus can be very helpful. Best Wishes!!
