Blepharoplasty Feb 2021 - help needed how to correct uneven, big eyelids (Photos)

eyelids too high, anatomy in forehead changed, heavy looking eyes. I could immediately see post op i had a new scowling expression that have since caused a frowning mark to appear. Eyelids are far to big and uneven. I have always had one larger eyelid from a child like a lazy eye and the other eye developed excess skin which touched my lashes. Eyes are now big ugly and heavy looking and rimmed. Excess skin at sides and too much lid exposure in the corners of the eyes. Any opinion or advice appreciated. Would like not to be able to see so much eyelid. Thanks

A lower blepharoplasty will address the herniated fat pads and excess skin under your eyes giving you a more refreshed and rested appearance....

Your creases were made too high. And yes, I agree that too much skin and eyelid fold were removed. Your surgeon exactly thinks that this is what blepharoplasty is supposed to do. Consequently, it is highly unlikely that they understand your concerns. You are right. They misunderstand their job...
