I can't seem to remember noticing my eyes looking this uneven when I was younger. Just wondering if this is something that can get worse, how this might have happened, and if there's much I can do about it? Preferably without surgery first

Upper eyelids are fine to have done without the lower eyelids and the surgeries are completely different. I would recommend taking care of the upper eyelids sooner so you have more time to enjoy them! The surgeries are different enough that I routinely have patients just having upper eyelid...
