I am 22 years old and have always had a thicker lower eyelid. When I smile my eyes look even puffier. I also have incredibly dark circles that I have noticed since age 15. My left eye is darker than my right, I’m not sure if that’s because I sleep on it? No matter how much I sleep I get, my dark circles don’t go away and the puffiness under my eyelid is still there. What is this from? Or is it just how I was born? Will it get puffier and darker with age even though I’m still young?
