Hello! I just want to say I know that asymmetry is common in everyone and to know what is causing mine will require a consultation. I’m just curious what may be the reason that my eyes are so different from one another. I’m not sure if it affects my eyebrows directly or if that’s just a separate thing, but any ideas would be really appreciated.

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. You have minimal asymmetry of the brow height and a bit of extra skin on one eyelid. It appears from the photos that surgery is not indicated yet. Make an appointment with an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for detailed evaluation guidance. Good luck!

Hello @Nurturing186600, thank you for your question. Is nature! Body parts do not all have the same size or shape. There are generally certain asymmetries. For example, one eyebrow is different from the other and the same happens with our eyes.
