I had a boob job in march 15 2022. I was barely an A cup and had 275cc HP dual plane smooth. One boob appears to be bigger than the other , and the small one is also sitting higher, the creases arnt in line with eachother. I didn’t have asymmetric breasts before so I can’t see why they are now. How long can drop and fluff take? Why would one side be different to the other at 11 months post op? I’m 24 years old, 49KG, 5’4 very petite

Answer: Breast Asymmetry after Augmentation Judging by your preoperative photos, you did have some asymmetry before surgery. Almost every patient that I have seen has some asymmetry. Some more that others, but it does appear that your left breast is smaller and higher than the right side. On your after photos it does appear the left fold is now lower than the right side. This may happen when the fold is adjusted on the higher side. Once the fold is manipulated it is never as strong as it once was and it appears that may be the case here. This can be fixed but I would weigh the pros and cons of any revision surgery. The resulting revision could always be worse i.e: infection, capsular contracture... Hope that helps.

Answer: BA results Dear Intuitive950981, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
