Hi, I have an implant that is not fully covered in gum. Please see the attached latest X-Ray. The dentist is suggesting to get it out asap and thinks it should come out easily given amount of bone around it. I had a traumatising experience when I got the infected one out. Please provide feedback if getting out makes sense or it can integrate if left as is
