Can only do two implants on one side of my mouth - is it even worth it?

I have an appointment scheduled to do my extraction and place two implants but I am wondering because I don’t have enough bone. I can only do two implants on one side of my mouth. Is it even worth getting will it secure my denture because they can’t be spaced apart.

it is very unlikely that you can only do two implants to secure a denture, angled implants around the nerve/sinus are almost always an option on the top or bottom

Hello. First of all, a 3-D CT analysis is very imporant to evaluate current situation. Two implants for overdenture prosthesis is the simplest and cost effective way of treatment but a fixed implant supported solution such as an all-on-4 may be more effective in terms of chewing ability and resistance.
