Dr. Kerem changed my life! I Love taking pictures now. His work has increased my self confidence. I admire him and his staff. He made sure my stay was a great one. I really enjoyed my trip and my hotel. Dr. Kerem has a beautiful office. Turkey and the people are so beautiful and kind!! It was so worth it! Words can not express how pleased and thankful I am! Dr. Kerem is the man!

I am a patient with a dental phobia that stemmed from childhood. I actively avoid my dentist in the UK due to high anxiety I can’t remember the last time I had to have any works done.

This all changed suddenly as I unfortunately had an accident whilst on holiday in Thailand and it resulted in me having a snapped front tooth and a second tooth chipped resulting in a root canal needing to be done. All my worst nightmares had come true. I had no choice but to find a dentist to help me through this traumatic time. I reached out to my UK dentist and they do not offer sedation, the wait times for this to take place in an alternative clinic and the prices were beyond my expectations.

Was I comfortable with the idea of going abroad and getting treatment when the UK press puts such a spin on Turkey and the dentistry standards it offers? This is where research is vital and after endless quotes and bombarding from other establishments I really lost all hope. But by complete chance I found Dr Kerem on Instagram, I connected via WhatsApp and after endless questions from on pricing, product used, procedure, reviews and understanding the sedation process used for well over three weeks back and forth. I knew I had found the right dentist for me, I did not feel judged, he went above and beyond to respond to every question I had, educating me with the best options for my situation and ensuring I was comfortable with every detail of the 4 day plan that was arranged with my anxiety at the forefront. I actually brought this plan to my dentist within the UK and he even said himself that I was in good hands and that all plans provided where what was needed! I booked my tickets instantly.

I have landed home today after the five day treatment and I could not wait to express my gratitude for the works that have taken place. I am still in shock from the results. I wanted to ensure I wrote a detailed review so that people who are looking to undertake a trip to Turkey for treatment know that there are honest,reliable and REAL dedicated professionals who put patients and their needs first.

The four days consisted of the below:

Day One: The first session consisted of meeting the team at the clinic, the clinic itself is so beautiful inside, it has such a relaxing vibe, it offers a clean and welcoming seating area within its reception, something as small as the smell of fragrance in this area really made me feel calm. It doesn’t smell like a dentist?! The reception team are always there to welcome you with a big smile and very easy to get to! Once meeting a very smiley and friendly Dr, Kerem, we spoke about my dental anxieties and this allowed me to speak freely and feel comfortable enough to get in the chair to have scans on my jaw using the latest technology to understand the extent of damage to the teeth and a very light examination to my capability with as many breaks as needed. I pre sent pictures via what’s app of my teeth as requested and of course, all that Dr Kerem predicted was reconfirmed, I even asked for a filling to be removed as it was black and I wanted a white one. This was no problem and was added into the treatment plan with no hassle. I was advised that I would be sedated the next day for the main works to take place. I was told how this would happen in detail, again given a chance to ask as many questions I wanted.

Day 2: I attend the clinic and was overwhelmed by the team that was put together to support me during this very anxious time. The two anaesthetists that attended to sedate me explained the process, we went over the works that will be done and put a cannulae in my arm effortlessly. I honestly didn’t realise it had been done as I was expressing I hate needles and felt a band go round my arm! I woke up in a recovery room and the root canal, filling, mouldings for the e-max crowns, temp teeth had all been done. I felt nothing, had no recollection of the procedure. I was given time to ensure I was safe to leave and they allowed my partner to come in and support me during this time. I went back to my hotel with some medication that was prescribed for me within the clinic and awoke several hours later and had no pain.

Day 3: I thought I was going to awake to sensitivity and pain. I honestly had nothing! I was shocked, I was contacted with my appointment time for that day with enough time to shake off the sedation. The temps were taken off, the e-max fittings took place and a colour match was provided to the lab. This was where I was able to see Dr Kerem shine within his profession. He allowed me time, with such patience to deliver this part, I was shaking head to toe with nerves because there was no sedation to this, the dental nurse who assisted was so kind and would help calm me with water ,tissues and anything I needed, I even had the compressed air blown on my face to cool me
Down mid panic! I didn’t even have injections to numb my mouth for this part even though so many tools where used and trust me if I can do it anyone can! I will add that they were offered but I refused multiple times as he was so gentle and tried with his upmost to deliver these treatments with speed and precision for my anxiety and to avoid sensitivity where possible.i was reassured of every step, given time to process each step and given a chance to breath all with the kindest of words supporting me and boosting my confidence.

I had new temp teeth fitted even looser than before to ensure an easy removal so that I would not be triggered or anxious for the perm teeth to be permanently placed on day 4.

Day 4:I was provided a time to come to the clinic, I attended and my crowns had been provided by the lab, the temps where removed with ease and the new teeth fitted like a glove. Again NO pain! I was shown the colour match and was honestly blow away at the quality of the product. When I was then shown the final result I burst out crying! I could not believe that 4 days had gone by and I was sat in a dentist chair with these new teeth and actually feeling completely confident and comfortable with the whole thing.

I honestly can’t tell you how much this experience has changed my life, I have walked away with a dentist that I trust implicitly, a dentist that has restored my confidence and a dentist that not only provided the best service, he went above and beyond my expectations every single day to ensure my anxiety and fears where worked though, provided the best results I could ask for and supporting me in and out of the clinic with any questions I have. I will be going back to have some further works done with Klinik Bursa in the near future!

Travelling in beautiful Turkey, I broke a fronth incisor, already provided with a 40 year old crown. Local dentists very kindly tried to provisionally repair this with glue and ironwork. This failed. Then we travelled through Bursa and found excellent references for Dr Kerem.
An appointment was rapidly organized by whatsapp on Sunday! The next day we met Dr Kerem and his team in a very well organized, proper en modern clinic. After a good examination, X-rays and a rapidly organized scan, diagnosis and treatment options were explained in a very calm and reassuring way. All this lead to a five-days treatment plan. Prompt extraction, next day temporary incisor, and end of the week, implant with bone-graft and temporary crown. During all these moments, Dr Kerem and his team were very professionally and in the same time very kind and emphatically involved. I was impressed.
Four months later I came back for the definite implant, estherically very well made by the lab.
The follow-up is now nearly a year. No infection, no pain, a very solid fixation and a happy client!
And… The honorarium is transparant from the beginning. Money here is not the argument. High quality care by an outstanding oral facial surgeon surrounded by a very professional smiling team is what Dr Kerem offers. My heartfelt compliments.

Extremely sincere, friendly and honest. His explanations were as clear as possible and his hand was light. It was very impressive that his information about what I would experience after the implant operation and what he said was exactly what he said. I have postponed the treatment for years in vain. All the employees are very sincere and friendly, I am so pleased that I am so satisfied. Dr Kerem and his team, in the operating room are very positive, although I was so scared, they gave me so much confidence that I am very peaceful and happy, it is not at all what I expected.... After years of oral health problems that turned into gangrene and my endless dental clinic visits, I had given up hope for my teeth, so I went to Klinik Bursa. Mr. Atasoy, with his scientific and realistic approach and his empathy skills, made me believe that my life-wearying problems would come to an end. From the secretariat to the accounting at the entrance, they are friendly and very helpful. With Dr. Kerem Turgut Atasoy, who is so good at his job, there is no need to go door to door for implant treatment. After meeting with 7 oral surgeons, I decided to move forward with Klinik Bursa. I am happy that I made the right decision. They performed all on four upper (zygoma) and lower jaw implant treatments with an interval of one week. I did not experience pain, soreness and abnormal swelling. I did not need to use the painkillers they prescribed 1-2 days after the operation.
