I'm a 62 years old woman due to have a mini dental implant on upper 1st premolar. I have used a flexible denture for 15 years for the gap. I have good bone height but it thins out in the centre which is too thin for regular implant. My dentist assures me that the mini will last as long as normal implant and be strong enough for tooth crown. I'm unsure. Your opinion would be appreciated.
